Do you provide interior styling and furniture sourcing? +

Yes. Beyond structural renovation, our interior architecture division sources exclusive furniture, art, and lighting from global design houses (e.g., Minotti, B&B Italia, Flos) to deliver a truly turnkey home.

How do you manage VvE (HOA) acoustic requirements? +

Most Dutch apartments require a certified 10dB sound reduction for hard floors. We handle the acoustic engineering, provide the necessary certificates to your VvE, and install specialized subfloors beneath our hardwood or cast floors.

What is the starting budget for your projects? +

Due to the bespoke nature of our materials and the exclusivity of our service, we typically engage in full apartment overhauls starting from €150,000, or €2,000 per square meter. Every quote is meticulously detailed and fixed in price.

Do you manage municipal permits for structural changes? +

Absolutely. If your renovation requires removing load-bearing walls or altering a facade, our in-house structural engineers will draw the plans and secure the 'Omgevingsvergunning' from the local municipality.
